Recently
I wanted to put a poetry book together and went about what I
thought was an easy task. After all, the poems were already
written. I thought I just had to put them in the order I wanted
and presto! Not so! To have the pages to come out in the right
order in the book you need to know Pagemaker or a similar program
to do the task. Not only does Bill know what he's doing, but
he explains and teaches everything with joy along the way. If
you don't want to know, but just want the job done, he'll do
that too. I have found it a pleasure to work with Bill. Not
only is he excellent in what he does, he does it with such grace.
