requiring my physical presence when serving their needs must be
in the Greater Victoria area of British Columbia in Canada or
be willing to cover my travel time and costs. Cyberspace clients
or clients with projects that can be handled from my private office
via telephone, internet and e-mail can, of course, be anywhere.

If over 1 hr a 2.5% per hour discount will be applied for
each full hour to a maximum of 25% on any one invoice.
